What is CAS:PACE?

cas:pace (shell space) is a visual fashion brand from Tokyo.

We question the "ordinary" objects and designs that fill our daily lives, and propose mobile lifestyle goods that can be enjoyed as fashion items through story-telling visual expressions and a genderless worldview that respects diversity.

The "shell" in the brand name means an independent space, a shelter that protects one's individuality,

Is this site safe?

Unlike small shops run by individuals or as a side job, cas:pace is a fashion brand founded in 2018, and has been loved by young people for the past 5 years. Cas:pace Co., Ltd. is a corporation that has already registered and obtained a business license in Japan. Please rest assured that our store is the official EC site of cas:pace.

Cas:pace, which opened its first offline brick-and-mortar store in 2020, has been opening more and more stores in major cities since 2021. Having overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, "cas:pace" appears to be doing well in each shopping mall.

Can I request to have the item reserved?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of an online store, we are unable to reserve products.
Our inventory changes daily. Some products are out of stock and will not be restocked, so if you see something you like, be sure to buy it before it sells out.

Can I change my payment method?

Unfortunately, the system does not allow you to change the payment method.

I made a mistake with the delivery address.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to change the shipping address for orders for which payment has been completed.

When do you ship?

Once an order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 5 days. However, if an order is confirmed by 4:00 PM, it may be shipped within 48 hours (only if the item is in stock).
*Please note that holidays and days when payments are made in the afternoon are not included in the shipping estimate, so please be sure to check holiday dates.

I haven't received the item yet, but I would like to cancel my order.

Unfortunately, we generally do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been confirmed. Currently, all products on this e-commerce site offer a 15-day free return and exchange (one-time return for the same model and color) and a six-month quality guarantee (one-time return for the same model and color). If you receive the wrong product or have a quality issue, please contact customer service. For details, please see our 100% Guarantee page. Also, cancellations are only possible before payment via convenience store prepayment or bank transfer. If payment has not yet been made, your order will be automatically canceled at the payment deadline, so there is no need to contact us.

When will it arrive?

Cas:pace has warehouses both overseas and in Japan, and as soon as an order is received, we prepare the item to be shipped from a different warehouse (the warehouse from which the order is shipped is random).

It may take 5-20 days for your item to arrive after it has been shipped, and the shortest delivery time may vary depending on your delivery area and the items you order.

*The delivery estimate is only an estimate and may vary. *Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery estimates may be delayed by 2-4 weeks.

I want to know the delivery status.

The tracking number will be included in the shipping email, so please use that number to check. *Postal mail does not have a tracking number or a delivery date, so we cannot check it here.

I bought the wrong model and color.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by customers who have mistakenly purchased the wrong model or color, but we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if the product I received is incorrect or damaged?

While we pay close attention to quality control and shipping, in the unlikely event that a product is incorrect, damaged, soiled, or scratched, please contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. If the product is defective or missing, we will promptly exchange or return it to you within 15 days, with shipping costs covered. I would like to return or exchange an item. Will you cover the shipping costs?

If a defective or missing item is returned within the 15-day period, we will promptly exchange or return it for a non-defective product, shipping costs covered by us. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. Outside the 15-day period, within 6 months, a one-time free exchange for the same model and color is available, but shipping costs are borne by the customer. I lost the tag or packaging of the product. Can I return or exchange it?

As a general rule, we ask that you return or exchange products in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Please note that items without tags or packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If the product is damaged or defective, please contact customer service . We will immediately process an exchange or refund.

I would like to see the products in person before purchasing, so do you have a physical store?

Cas:pace has four physical stores. Cas:pace Tokyo, the first store in Japan, is scheduled to open in Harajuku this year. For more information, please check here .

Can I return or exchange products purchased in-store through the online shop?

Due to differences in inventory management between our physical stores and online shop, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products purchased at our physical stores.
