About liquid-filled cases
Air bubbles may appear inside the case. This is a natural response to changes in temperature or air pressure, especially in warmer conditions, and is not a product defect.

Using your phone while charging can raise its temperature and cause bubbles to form in the liquid. If the bubbles bother you, remove the case from your phone and leave the case in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

About floating decorative pieces
This liquid-filled case contains decorative pieces. Depending on the angle and how the case is used, pieces may temporarily catch inside and stop moving. This is a normal characteristic of the design, not a defect.

If the pieces stop moving freely, try the following:

1. Remove the case from your phone.

2. Gently tap the center of the case with a light wrist motion.

3. The gentle vibration helps release the decorative pieces so they can gradually move back into place.
