If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase or receipt to request a return or exchange, whether the reason is a product fault or a change of mind.

How to Apply

• Tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange.
• Provide a photo of your receipt for an in-store purchase, or your order number for an online purchase.
• Attach photos of the product and, if faulty, clear photos of the affected area.

Conditions

1. You pay shipping for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
2. In-store purchases cannot be refunded online. Please visit the store where you purchased the item.
3. Payments made using transit IC cards cannot be refunded online or in store.
4. One return or exchange is available per order.
5. For in-store purchases, only a receipt issued by the store is accepted, as third-party payment records cannot be independently verified.
6. Non-faulty items must be in a resalable condition.
7. The appropriate resolution will be determined according to the circumstances.

After the first 14 days and within six months of purchase, we offer a replacement for the following defects:

• Liquid leakage.
• Print defects or peeling designs.
• Parts coming off.

How to Apply

Contact us with photos of the defect and either a photo of your store receipt or your online order number.

Sale items are excluded from this after-sales service. Products other than cases and power banks are covered by the 14-day guarantee only.
