How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us with the following information:

• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange
• A photo of the receipt (for in-store purchases) or your order number (for online purchases)
• Photos of the product
• If the issue is related to product quality, please also provide photos of the defective area

Important Notes

1. For returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
2. Products purchased in-store cannot be refunded online. Please visit the original store for assistance.
3. Orders paid using transportation IC cards are not eligible for refunds, both online and in-store.
4. Return/exchange service is limited to one request per order.
5. Since third-party payment information cannot be verified, in-store purchases require the original store receipt issued by our store.
6. For non-defective returns or exchanges, the product must remain in resellable condition.
7. All requests will be reviewed and handled based on the individual situation.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we are happy to offer a replacement service for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, even after the initial 14-day return period, if you experience any of the following product issues:

1. Liquid leakage
2. Printing issues or peeling designs
3. Detached parts or components
