  • Photos of the product
  • If the issue is related to product quality, please also provide photos of the defective area

Important Notes


  1. For returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  2. Products purchased in-store cannot be refunded online. Please visit the original store for assistance.
  3. Orders paid using transportation IC cards are not eligible for refunds, both online and in-store.
  4. Return/exchange service is limited to one request per order.
  5. Since third-party payment information cannot be verified, in-store purchases require the original store receipt issued by our store.
  6. For non-defective returns or exchanges, the product must remain in resellable condition.
  7. All requests will be reviewed and handled based on the individual situation.

▸ Cause
The liquid (vegetable oil) used inside the case has the property of expanding and contracting due to temperature and air pressure changes. Therefore, air bubbles may appear in the following situations:
- When charging with the smartphone attached
- When the atmospheric pressure changes significantly due to international transport, etc.
These are natural physical phenomena in liquid structure.

▸ What to do
- Please avoid using the case while charging (air bubbles will become larger and more visible).
- If you notice any air bubbles, refrigerating the case for a few hours will allow the temperature to stabilize and the bubbles may become smaller or disappear.

▸ What to do
1) Remove the case from your smartphone
2) Gently tap the case while shaking it gently. *Please be careful not to use excessive force as this may cause damage.
3) The vibration loosens the parts and they gradually return to their original position.
